Director of Outreach and Programs
Ishara Hall, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, Ishara is an experienced educator of six years with a background in middle school world history and science education.

Ishara enjoys creating STEAM based content while creatively integrating technology and interactive PBL experiences in her classroom. With a B.S in Middle Level Education and a M.A in Creative and Innovative Education from Georgia State University, she co-founded Black Girls International to inspire girls to expand their horizons, experience different cultures, develop leadership skills, and foster strong bonds of sisterhood.
Her favorite travel experience was in O’ahu, Hawai’i at the Byodo-In Temple where she rang the Sacred Bell to bring happiness, blessings and long life into the New Year.
Ishara truly believes that the world is a book, and those who don’t travel only read one page. Traveling leaves you speechless, only to turn you into a storyteller.
